We worked with the Cabinet Office in the early stages of their project to draw up a Tender document for the administration review for the Royal Mail Schemes for inclusion in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) as required by European procurement rules. Our involvement was to provide subject matter expertise and also to capture and document the critical service requirements for the re-procurement of administration services.

Our Business Analysis team played an important role here and it is a key differentiator for Cosan that we deploy such experience and expertise in these phases of projects.
